Join Lauren for a mindful hike from the top of San Sophia station onto the Telluride Ski Resort to bathe in nature and give gratitude to the mighty Palmyra Peak. This 90-minute session will offer mindful grounding exercises, breathwork practices, and expansive awareness of the earth, sky, and our senses.

Route: Out and Back
Difficulty: Moderate
Distance: 2.5-miles
Elevation Gain: 700 feet
Time: Approx. 2 hours (keep in mind that this hike starts and ends in the Mountain Village but requires a 10-minute gondola ride to start and finish.  This hike will not end in time to make it to a 12 pm class).
Disclaimer: Hiking at 9,000 ft requires a base level of cardiovascular fitness and is not for the "faint of heart." Be sure to hydrate appropriately and note the difficulty of the hike for the best and safest experience.
