Nature is medicine.
As we flow through our spiritual awakenings, we realize there is so much we carry that keeps us separate from Source. Our programming, conditioning, attachments, etc, have all been learned from the culture and environment we grew up and live in. Nature can be a beautiful partner in helping us point out where we need to heal, what we need to let go of, or what we need to pay attention to, for example. Nature doesn't do the practice for us but is a teacher in the process. Whether through forest bathing or many other methods, the common thread is cultivating a reciprocal relationship so you learn how to listen to the subtleties of nature's voice.
So this is why she does what she does. It is a calling to bring people into nature to experience nature's inherent healing medicine and create a reciprocal relationship with nature. I am not the healer but a conduit of nature so that she may do her healing. Nature gives healing to each person in her way at the right time. The medicine is potent when we allow ourselves to remember where we come from and who we truly are. This medicine is available to all willing to listen and answer the call of the heartbeat of Mother Nature.
